SUMMARY:UNH STEM Lab Anatomy Art
DESCRIPTION:Unchartered Tutoring and the UNH STEM Discovery Lab are partnering to offer Anatomy Art. Anatomy Art ties together anatomy and art in four consecutive classes. Students will create a paper brain hat\, ornamental gingerbread men focused on general anatomy systems\, build a mechanical model of the hand and create watercolor paintings of cells. Discussions regarding general anatomy\, importance of exercise and healthy eating\, how our body works together and basic mechanical concepts will be held. Some basic comparative anatomy may be discussed. \n\nDates of Program: November 6th\, 13th\, 20th\, 27th. 3:30-5:30. \nUNH STEM Discovery Lab – Pandora Building\, 88 Commercial St\, Manchester \n\n\nYouth in grades 1-6. \n$70 \nLimited Space
