Description
Anatomy and Physiology through Zombies
This is an in-person class for Auburn Village School Elementary students.
Zombies wear their anatomy on the outside — so let’s take a look.
The human body has never been this much fun to learn about. Using everyone’s favorite monsters, students explore what’s really going on beneath our skin: brains, spines, hands, and all the systems that keep us standing, moving, and (unlike our zombie friends) breathing.
We’ll investigate questions like:
- Can you wear your brain on the outside?
- How does your spine help you stand up straight?
- What do your hands actually look like on the inside?
- What would a zombie smell like?
Silly theme, real science. No scary movies required.
