What if every handmade gift also taught chemistry, physics, biology, or engineering?

In this one-of-a-kind STEAM class, students create beautiful gifts they are genuinely proud to give while uncovering the science hiding inside everyday objects.

Projects may include crystal growing, lanterns, soaps, keepsakes, scientist-inspired treats, and other surprises designed for birthdays, holidays, or simply making someone’s day better.

Along the way students explore:

• crystal formation
• light and color
• chemical reactions
• design thinking
• kindness and gratitude
• creativity with purpose

Every week students leave with something they made entirely themselves, making this one of our favorite classes for building confidence, generosity, and scientific curiosity all at once.
